元谋干热河谷主要造林植物的耐旱性评估

THE ESTIMATION ON DROUGHT TOLERANCE OF MAIN SILVICULTURAL SPECIES IN THE DRY-HOT RIVER VALLEY OF YUANMOU

  • 摘要: 应用主分量分析法对元谋干热河谷15种植物的9个耐旱性生理指标进行了综合分析。结果表明,叶片的保水能力、相对含水量、质膜透性和超氧物歧化酶(SOD)活性是决定干热河谷植物耐旱性的主导因子,其次是水势和蒸腾速率。同时对这些植物进行了耐旱性排序。

     

    Abstract: The drought tolerance of 15 silvicultural species in dry-hot valley of Yuanmou was comprehensively studied by principal component analysis method depending on 9 physiological indexes The results show that leave water conservation ability, relative water content, permeability of plasma memberane and superoxide dismutase activity are leading factor for the determination of the drought tolerance of plant in the dry-hot valley, while water potential and transpiratory rate is second factors The drought tolerance is ordinated to these silvicutural species.
