冬樱花扦插繁殖研究

A Study on Soft Cutting of Cerasus cerasoides

  • 摘要: 在塑料小拱棚下进行冬樱花嫩枝扦插。分别用不同浓度的IBA,NAA,ABT1号处理,以IBA 5000mg/kg效果最好,生根率达97.77%。通过对珍珠岩、蛭石、泥炭、素红壤、河砂及珍珠岩:蛭石:素红壤=1:1:2的混合基质等6种扦插基质及苗床扦插和育苗盘扦插的比较,得出扦插繁殖的最佳组合为:用泥炭或素红壤作扦插基质,苗床扦插。

     

    Abstract: Cultured in different rooting medium from April to September,softwood cuttings of Cerasus cerasoides are treated with different solution of the IBA,NAA and ABT No.1 respectively.The result has showed that the rooting rate of cutting treated with IBA 5000 mg/kg is raised at 97.67%,turf or Red earth are better rooting medium among 6 rooting medium and bed cutting is better to Cerasus cerasoides.
