Abstract: Compared to the national level, the industrialization of walnut production in Yangbi County, Yunnan Province was evaluated by quantitative analysis under the guidance of the principal theories of agro-in-dustrialization. The existing problems in the development process of walnut industrialization in Yangbi County were analyzed. Countermeasures to promote the walnut industrialization in the county were proposed according to the local situation, such as fostering the leading enterprises, developing cooperative economic organizations, and improving social service system.
