云南切梢小蠹雌雄成虫触角结构及感受器的扫描电镜观察

Antennal Structure and Sensilla of Adult Tomicus yunnanensis Observed by Scanning Electron Microscope

  • 摘要: 利用扫描电镜技术,对云南切梢小蠹雌、雄成虫触角感受器进行观察,结果表明:云南切梢小蠹雌、雄成虫触角形态、触角长度、感受器类型和分布均无显著差异;触角上共存在包括毛形感受器、栓锥形感受器、锯齿形感受器、刺形感受器和芽形感受器在内的5种类型感受器以及少量腺孔,锯齿形感受器又分为2种亚型。其中毛形感受器数量最多,占感受器总数的约90%。感受器主要分布在触角锤头部的带状区域,该区域分布了92%的感受器,鞭节和柄节也有少量分布,分别占2%和4%。

     

    Abstract: The antennal sensilla of female and male adults of Tomicus yunnanensis were observed by scanning electron microscopy. The results showed that, there were no significant differences in antennae morphology, antennae length, sensor type and distribution between male and female adults of T. yunnanensis. There were 5 types of receptors, including sensilla trichodea, sensilla styloconica, sensilla zigzag (subtype 1-2), sensilla chaetica, bud-shaped sensilla, and a few number of glandular holes were also found. The sensilla trichodea is the majority, accounting for about 90% of the total number of sensilla. Sensilla mainly lined in rows on the club segment and occupied for about 92% of the total sensilla. In addition, there was also a small distribution of the sensilla in the flagellum and scape of the antennae, accounting for 2% and 4%, respectively.
