福建柏不同部位精油成分及含量分析

Analysis on Ingredient and Content of Essential Oil in Different Parts of Fokienia hodginsii

  • 摘要: 为了进一步开发和利用福建柏,采用超声辅助水蒸气蒸馏法分别提取了5个树龄(15、20、30、35、40 a)的福建柏叶、心材和根精油,通过GC−MS对精油的成分进行检测,运用面积归一法计算得到各成分的相对含量,主要对精油随着年龄增大,得率、成分及其相对含量的变化进行对比分析。结果表明:叶精油得率变化不显著,共检测出57个成分,主要成分为α−蒎烯、1−辛烯−3−醇、β−蒎烯、β−月桂烯、D−柠檬烯、石竹烯、Z, Z, Z−1, 5, 9, 9−四甲基−1, 4, 7−环十一碳三烯、柏烯醇,相对含量差异显著。根和心材精油的得率均有显著增大,但心材精油得率远大于根得率,成分基本一致,有39个共有成分,主要成分均α−杜松醇、τ−依兰油醇、δ−荜澄茄烯、γ−杜松烯、α−依兰油烯、α−二氢白菖考烯、γ−依兰油烯、表−1, 10−荜澄茄二醇、α−杜松烯、τ−杜松醇,心材和根精油中醇类含量均呈显著的降低趋势,其中同一树龄心材精油中醇类相对含量均高于根精油。叶和木材的精油无共有的主要成分,精油成分具有显著的组织特异性,可能与各组织中细胞结构及所含酶种类和数量有关。根据福建柏精油得率和成分,叶易获取,生物量高,可根据所需成分选择15 a或35 a以上,结合经济效益和各部位精油得率和成分相对含量随树龄的变化,提取心材精油最佳树龄在35 a以上,根树龄为30~35 a,与福建柏成熟期吻合。各精油的主要成分相对含量均为90%左右,已被验证广泛应用于医药、农药、化工各个领域,可推测出3种精油可能的有效成分和生物活性。

     

    Abstract: In order to further develop and utilize the value of Fokienia hodginsii, leaves, heartwood and root essential oils of F. hodginsii with 5 different ages(15, 20, 30, 35, 40 a) were extracted by steam distillation, and the composition of essential oil was detected by GC−MS. The relative content of each component was calculated by area normalization. The changes of yield, and relative content of essential oil with the increase of age were analyzed and compared. The findings indicated that there was no significant different in the yield of leaf essential oil, 51 components were detected from the essential oil of F. hodginsii leaves, and main ingredients were α−pinene, 1−octen−3−ol l, β−pinene, β−myrcene, Z, Z, Z−tetramethyl−1, 4, 7−cycloun−decatriene, junenol, caryophyllene, and dD−limonene. Their relative contents varied significantly with age. The yield of root and heartwood essential oil were significantly increased, but heartwood essential oil was much higher than that of root. The composition of root and heartwood essential oil is basically the same, with 39 common components, main ingredients are γ-muurolene, α-muurolenen, γ−cadinene, δ−cadinene, α−cadinene, α−calacorene, di−epi−1, 10−cubenol, τ−muurolol, τ−cadinol, and α−cadinol, showed increasing trend differences, the content of alcohol in both heart and root essential oil is significantly reduced, among which the relative content of alcohol of the same tree age is higher than that of root essential oil. The essential oils of leaf and wood do not share main ingredients, and the essential oils of root and heartwood are basically the same. The composition of essential oil has significant tissue specificity, which may be related to the cell structure and the type and quantity of enzymes contained in each tissue. According to the obtaining rate and composition of F. hodginsii essential oil, leaves are easy to obtain, and with high biomass. F. hodginsii leaf can be selected for 15 years or more than 35 years according to the required ingredients, combined with economic benefit and the change of essential oil yield and relative content with tree age, the best age of heartwood to extract essential oils essential oil is more than 35 years, and the age of root is 30–35 years, which is consistent with the mature period of F. hodginsii. The relative content of each essential oil is about 90%, which is widely used in the pharmaceutical, pesticide and chemical industries, the possible active ingredients and biological activity of the 3 essential oils can be inferred.
