西伯利亚杏遗传育种研究进展

Research Progress in Breeding of Armeniaca sibirica

  • 摘要: 西伯利亚杏耐寒、抗旱,是我国“三北”地区重要的生态经济树种,通过综述近年来国内外西伯利亚杏遗传育种研究进展,包括分子标记开发、遗传多样性检测、基因组和转录组的研究、重要功能基因鉴定以及良种选育和繁殖技术。讨论了西伯利亚杏分子遗传研究的发展前景、育种工作存在的问题,提出了西伯利亚杏育种目标应该更多样化,加快遗传理论研究,开展分子辅助育种实践的建议。

     

    Abstract: Armeniaca sibirica is cold-resistant and drought-resistant. It is an important ecological and economic species in northwest China. This paper reviews the recent progress in breeding, including the development of molecular markers, genetic diversity, the study of genome and transcriptome, the identification of key genes, the breeding and reproduction techniques. The prospect of molecular genetics and the deficiency of breeding of A. sibirica are discussed, it is proposed that breeding should be diversified, and suggestions for promoting the development of genetic theory and molecular-assisted breeding are put forward.
