Abstract:
Taking the Gaogesitai Hanwula Nature Reserve as the research object, the flora distribution and the relationship with plants of the macrofungal population resources in the reserve were investigated. Four typical vegetation communities were selected for investigation using the sample plot method and identified based on morphology. The findings revealed that a total of 171 species of macrofungi were found, belonging to 47 families and 99 genera, among which 7 species of Psathyrellaceae, Strophariaceae and Inocybaceae were the dominant families,
Clitocybe,
Stereum and
Lactarius, were the dominant genera. In terms of geographical floristic composition, the world's widely distributed genus and the north temperate genus are the main ones, accounting for 50.50% and 21.21% of the total known floristic types, respectively, while the tropical-subtropical genus and the East Asian genus account for a smaller proportion, accounting for 10.10% and 1.01% of the total number of known floristic types, respectively; the proportion of macrofungal flora and the proportion of flora are highly correlated among genera distributed in the north temperate zone, and are widely distributed among genera in the world and tropical-subtropical. There is a low correlation between the subtropical distribution genera. The macrofungal flora composition has obvious correlation with the flora composition, and it increases with the increase of the flora composition ratio.
