环境因子对苋菜种子萌发特征的影响

Environmental Factors Affecting Seed Germination of Amaranthus tricolor

  • 摘要: 为探讨苋菜种子萌发对环境因子的适应性,采用培养皿滤纸法,研究柠檬桉、杉木2种经济树种鲜叶浸提液,室外埋藏、冷层积和室内干藏3种贮藏方式及4种pH处理对1年生饲料草本植物苋菜种子发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数和初始萌发时间的影响。结果表明:苋菜种子在2个树种不同浓度鲜叶浸提液处理下均能正常萌发(除0.1 g/mL柠檬桉鲜叶浸提液),发芽率超过80.00%。各贮藏方式中不同贮藏时间处理下苋菜种子各发芽指标均较高,均以贮藏14 d和28 d更有利于种子萌发。pH在3.0~4.5范围内,种子萌发率均超过95.00%,且随酸性增强而增加。所有处理下苋菜种子在置种后第 1或第2天发芽率即达最大值,萌发时间持续4~8 d(除0.1 g/mL柠檬桉鲜叶浸提液)。苋菜具有对柠檬桉、杉木化感作用不敏感、高酸性环境下高萌发以及耐贮藏的特点,可考虑用作发展林下种养殖的饲料植物进行播种。

     

    Abstract: To study the adaptability of Amaranthus tricolor seed germination to environmental factors. Petri dish filter paper method was used to study the effects of leaf extracts of Eucalyptus citriodora and Cunninghamia lanceolata, 3 storage methods including dry storage, cold stratification and outdoor burial, and 4 pH values on germination rate, germination potential, germination index and initial germination time of A. tricolor which was one of annual plants. the result showed that the germination rate of seeds were normally more than 80.00% under the treatment of fresh leaf extract from 2 tree species, 0.1 g/mL extract from E. citriodora inhibited germination rate significantly, seed germination potential and germination index were decreased significantly too. Germination indicators of A. tricolor were higher under different storage treatments, and storage for 14 d and 28 d was more conducive to seed germination. Over the range of pH 3.0 to 4.5, the seed germination rates were more than 95.00%, and germination increased as acid concentration became more positive. Moreover, Seeds germinated on the first day or the second day, the germination rate reached the highest. A. tricolor is insensitive to the allelopathy of E. citriodora and C. lanceolata, has high germination in high acid environment, and can be used as a feed plant for the development of forest culture.
