红松生长性状遗传分析及优良家系与单株选择
Genetic Analysis of Growth Traits and Selection of Superior Families and Individuals in Korean pine (Pinus koraiensis Sieb. & Zucc.)

摘要: 以吉林汪清林业局国家红松良种基地内35年生红松半同胞家系子代测定林为研究对象,对46个家系的树高、胸径、材积、冠幅4个性状进行差异性比较与遗传变异分析,根据遗传测定结果进行优良家系与单株选择。结果表明:胸径、材积家系间差异显著,生长性状家系间与家系内均存在较为丰富的变异,为性状的遗传改良提供了较好的基础。相较于其他性状,材积具有更高的表型变异系数与遗传变异系数,人工选择可获得更大的遗传进展。树高、胸径、材积、冠幅家系遗传力分别为
0.2026 、0.3408 、0.3523 、0.2278 ;生长性状间表型相关与遗传相关均表现为正相关关系,胸径与材积极显著相关。因此,以材积性状表现及育种值估算结果为主要评价指标,最终筛选出红松生长性状优良家系3个,优良单株150株。Abstract: Taking the 35-year-old Korean pine half-sib family progeny test forest in the National Korean pine Improved Variety Base of Wangqing Forestry Bureau in Jilin Province as the research object, this study conducted a comparative analysis of differences and genetic variation on four traits: tree height, breast-height diameter(DBH), timber volume, and crown width among 46 families. Based on the results of genetic testing, superior families and individual trees were selected to provide excellent breeding materials for the future upgrading and transformation of the improved variety base and the establishment of high-generation breeding populations. The results showed that there were significant differences in DBH and timber volume among families(P < 0.05), and there were relatively rich variations in growth traits within and between families, providing a good basis for genetic improvement of traits. Compared with other traits, timber volume had a higher phenotypic variation coefficient and genetic variation coefficient, and artificial selection could achieve greater genetic progress. The heritability of family for tree height, DBH, timber volume, and crown width were0.2026 ,0.3408 ,0.3523 , 0.2278. The phenotypic and genetic correlations among growth traits were positively correlated, and the correlation between DBH and timber volume reached a very significant level(P < 0.01). Based on the above analysis results, timber volume performance and estimated breeding values(using the BLUP method) were used as the main evaluation indicators, and finally, three superior Korean pine families and 150 superior individual trees were selected.
