污泥生物炭对闽楠幼苗和土壤营养成分的影响

The Effects of Sludge Biochar on the Seedlings of Phoebe bournei and Soil Nutrient Components

  • 摘要: 以闽楠幼苗为研究对象,通过盆栽试验,设置9个不同用量污泥生物炭处理,测定闽楠幼苗生长、生理、光合、营养成分以及土壤营养成分等指标,运用相关性分析和隶属函数分析方法综合评价污泥生物炭处理对闽楠幼苗和土壤营养成分的影响。结果表明:与闽楠生长指标成正相关的生理指标有可溶性蛋白含量、可溶性糖含量、净光合速率、气孔导度、蒸腾速率、叶绿素a含量、叶绿素b含量、类胡萝卜素含量、叶绿素a + b含量、叶片全氮含量、叶片全磷含量、叶片全钾含量,随着污泥生物炭的增加,这些指标表现为先升后降的趋势,多个指标在T2(B10%)处理组最高;与生长指标成负相关的生理指标及土壤养分指标有丙二醛含量、胞间CO2浓度、土壤有机质含量、土壤全氮含量、土壤全磷含量、土壤全钾含量,土壤养分指标随着污泥生物炭的增加表现为逐渐上升趋势;隶属函数分析综合评价最佳为T2处理。适当施加污泥生物炭促进植物的生长,过度施加污泥生物炭会对闽楠产生毒害,在处理组T2下闽楠幼苗长势最好。

     

    Abstract: To address the issue of sludge biochar treatment and explore its impact on the growth of Phoebe bournei seedlings and soil nutrient components, a pot experiment was conducted with Phoebe bournei seedlings as the research object. Nine different dosages of sludge biochar were set up. The growth, physiological, photosynthetic, and nutrient components of Phoebe bournei seedlings as well as soil nutrient components were measured. Correlation analysis and membership function analysis were used for comprehensive evaluation. The results showed that the physiological indicators positively correlated with the growth indicators of Phoebe bournei included soluble protein content, soluble sugar content, net photosynthetic rate, stomatal conductance, transpiration rate, chlorophyll a content, chlorophyll b content, carotenoid content, chlorophyll a + b content, total nitrogen content in leaves, total phosphorus content in leaves, and total potassium content in leaves. These indicators showed a trend of increasing first and then decreasing with the increase of sludge biochar, and multiple indicators reached the highest in the T2 (B10%) treatment group. The physiological indicators negatively correlated with the growth indicators and soil nutrient indicators included malondialdehyde content, intercellular CO2 concentration, soil organic matter content, total nitrogen content in soil, total phosphorus content in soil, and total potassium content in soil. The soil nutrient indicators showed a gradually increasing trend with the increase of sludge biochar. The membership function analysis showed that the T2 treatment was the best, with the highest comprehensive score. In conclusion, appropriate application of sludge biochar can promote plant growth, while excessive application can be toxic to Phoebe bournei. The seedlings of Phoebe bournei grew best under the T2 treatment.
