闽西桐棉马尾松无性系早期生长分析与评价
Analysis and Evaluation of Early Growth of Tongmian Pinus Massoniana Clones in Western Fujian

摘要: 为评价桐棉马尾松无性系在闽西的早期表现,对23个4年生无性系的胸径、树高和单株材积进行分析。结果表明:各性状在无性系间差异显著(P<0.05),平均胸径、平均树高和平均单株材积较当地实生苗分别提高了17.22%、7.83%和58.52%。23个无性系表型变异丰富,无性系单株材积表型变异系数(38.35%)和遗传变异系数(28.67%)均最高,显示较大改良潜力,各性状重复力均大于0.60,生长受较强遗传控制。通过聚类与隶属函数法综合评价,筛选出C2、C3、C5、C7、C10、C11、C12、C14和C16共9个优良无性系,其胸径、树高和单株材积平均现实增益分别为22.11%~25.04%、8.42%~11.13%和66.84%~86.86%,平均遗传增益分别为17.25%~19.53%、6.90%~9.13%和41.44%~53.85%。入选优良无性系早期速生优势明显,遗传改良价值较高,适于在福建省内相似地区推广。Abstract: In order to evaluate the early performance of Tongmian Pinus massoniana clones in western Fujian, the DBH, tree height and individual volume of 23 4-year-old clones were analyzed. The results showed that the traits were significantly different among clones (P<0.05). The average DBH, average tree height and average individual volume were 17.22%, 7.83% and 58.52% higher than those of local seedlings, respectively. The phenotypic variation of 23 clones was rich, and the phenotypic variation coefficient (38.35%) and genetic variation coefficient (28.67%) of individual volume were the highest, showing great improvement potential. The repeatability of each trait was greater than 0.60, and the growth was controlled by strong heredity. Through comprehensive evaluation by clustering and membership function method, 9 superior clones of C2, C3, C5, C7, C10, C11, C12, C14 and C16 were selected. The average real gains of DBH, tree height and individual volume were 22.11%~25.04%, 8.42%~11.13% and 66.84% ~86.86%, respectively. The average genetic gains were 17.25%~19.53%, 6.90%~9.13% and 41.44%~53.85%, respectively. The early fast-growing advantages of the selected excellent clones are obvious, and the genetic improvement value is high, which is suitable for promotion and utilization in similar areas in Fujian Province.
