不同植物生长调节剂对云南松扦插生根的影响

Effects of different plant growth regulators on rooting of Pinus yunnanensis

  • 摘要: 以2年生云南松平茬苗木侧枝为扦插材料,以不同浓度IAA、NAA、ABT1处理云南松插穗,40 d后对插穗进行调查观测统计各处理及重复的插穗生根率、平均生根数、平均根长、最大根长并计算根系效果系数,分析处理生根差异生长情况及激素种类、浓度对根系建成的影响。结果表明:ABT1 200 g/cm3处理下生根率、平均生根数、生根效果系数为所有处理中表现最优,各指标均显著高于其他处理组,对于云南松扦插效果具有较好的促进作用。而NAA 500 g/cm3处理下平均根长与最大根长均显著高于其他处理组。植物生长调节剂及浓度能有效降低根系指标变异系数至2.44%~51.67%,显著影响根系指标的稳定性;植物生长调节剂与云南松扦插生根指标呈现显著水平正相关关系。除平均生根数外其余指标可塑性均大于0.5,表明云南松插穗对不同激素和浓度的响应主要通过生根率、平均根长、最大根长、生根效果系数的变化来促进插穗生根。因此,一定浓度下不同植物生长调节剂对云南松扦插效果均有促进作用,其中ABT1可以显著提升云南松扦插的根系质量,最佳处理为ABT1 200 g/cm3而NAA 500 g/cm3处理则更适用于以根系伸长为目的的情况。

     

    Abstract: To investigate the effects of plant growth regulators on the rooting of Pinus yunnanensis cuttings, this study used lateral branches of two-year-old P. yunnanensis seedlings as cutting materials. The cuttings were treated with different concentrations of IAA, NAA, and ABT1. After 40 days, the cuttings were observed and surveyed to statistically evaluate the rooting rate, average number of roots, average root length, maximum root length for each treatment and replicate, and to calculate the root system effectiveness coefficient. The differences in rooting growth and the effects of hormone type and concentration on root system development were analyzed. Results showed that treatment ABT1 200 g/cm3 had the best performance in rooting rate, average number of roots, and root system effectiveness coefficient across all treatments, with all indicators significantly higher than those of other treatment groups (P<0.05), indicating a strong promoting effect on P. yunnanensis cuttings. Treatment NAA 500 g/cm3showed significantly higher average and maximum root lengths compared to other treatment groups (P<0.05). Analysis of the variation coefficient of root system indicators indicated that plant growth regulators and their concentrations effectively reduced the variation coefficient of root system indicators to 2.44%–51.67%, significantly affecting the stability of root system indicators. Correlation analysis revealed a significant positive correlation between plant growth regulators and P. yunnanensis cutting rooting indicators. Plasticity analysis showed that except for the average number of roots, all other indicators had plasticity greater than 0.5, suggesting that P. yunnanensis cuttings respond to different hormones and concentrations mainly through changes in rooting rate, average root length, maximum root length, and root system effectiveness coefficient to promote rooting. Comprehensive analysis indicated that plant growth regulators at certain concentrations all promoted P. yunnanensis cutting rooting, with ABT1 significantly improving root system quality. The best treatment was ABT1 200 g/cm3, while the NAA 500 g/cm3 treatment is more suitable for situations aiming at root elongation.
