基于多性状协同选择的益母草优良种源筛选

Screening of Elite Leonurus japonicus Germplasm Based on Multi-Trait Coordinated Selection

  • 摘要: 为筛选适合浙江地区大面积推广、药用价值高的优良益母草种质资源,对国内9个不同来源的益母草进行了系统评价,对不同种源益母草的农艺性状与益母草碱积累规律的相关性进行了综合分析。结果表明:不同种源益母草在物候期、碱含量及农艺性状等方面存在显著差异;单株益母草碱总积累量与生物量呈显著正相关,而与株高呈负相关;主成分分析进一步揭示了生物量积累是影响种源综合表现的关键因子。筛选出7号、1号和3号种源为兼具高产潜力和较高药用成分含量的优良种源。

     

    Abstract: :
    Objective To screen high-quality Leonurus japonicus Houtt. germplasm resources suitable for large-scale promotion and with high medicinal value in the Zhejiang region.
    Methods This study systematically evaluated Leonurus japonicus germplasms from nine different sources within the country and conducted a comprehensive analysis of the relationship between agronomic traits and the accumulation patterns of active compounds in different germplasms.
    Results Significant differences were observed among various germplasms in terms of phenological stages, leonurine content, and agronomic traits(P<0.05). The total accumulation of leonurines per plant was positively correlated with biomass (fresh weight r = 0.667**), while it showed a negative correlation with plant height (r = -0.014). Principal component analysis further revealed that biomass accumulation is a key factor influencing the comprehensive performance of the germplasm.
    Conclusion Germplasms No. 7, No. 1, and No. 3 were identified as excellent germplasms with both high yield potential and a relatively high content of medicinal components. This study lays the groundwork for a comprehensive evaluation model of Leonurus japonicus germplasm, providing new insights for the breeding of superior germplasms.
