不同栽培区‘粤华1号’油茶无性系果实品质差异与综合评价
Fruit Quality Differences and Comprehensive Evaluation of Camellia oleifera ‘Yuehua 1’ Clone in Different Cultivation Areas

摘要: 以韶关市马坝镇、梅州市黄陂镇和茂名市官桥镇为试验点,测定‘粤华1号’油茶良种无性系果实表型性状、经济性状、功能性成分及脂肪酸组成,并采用隶属函数法、离差最大化法和熵权法进行综合评价。结果表明:3个栽培区‘粤华1号’油茶果实品质存在显著差异。果实大小、果实质量、出籽率和含油率等经济性状在韶关市马坝镇整体表现较好,单果质量、干籽质量、鲜出籽率和鲜果含油率均最高,分别为31.68 g、9.40 g、51.70%和9.19%。梅州市黄陂镇鲜果含油率最低,但总多酚和总黄酮含量最高,分别为44.21 mg/kg和48.87 mg/kg;同时,油酸和亚麻酸含量较高,分别为81.46%和0.69%,饱和脂肪酸含量最低,为7.55%。茂名市官桥镇多数经济性状居中,鲜果含油率为6.04%,油酸含量最低且饱和脂肪酸含量最高,分别为77.01%和12.04%。3种综合评价方法所得排序一致,均表现为韶关市马坝镇第1、梅州市黄陂镇第2、茂名市官桥镇第3。因此,‘粤华1号’在广东省3个栽培区表现出一定的果实品质差异,其中韶关市马坝镇综合经济性状和产油表现较优,梅州市黄陂镇在功能性成分和部分脂肪酸组成指标方面表现较好。Abstract: This study aimed to evaluate the differences in fruit quality and comprehensive performance of the improved Camellia oleifera ‘Yuehua 1’ clone among different cultivation areas in Guangdong Province, providing a scientific basis for its promotion, application, and regionalized cultivation. Maba Town in Shaoguan City, Huangbei Town in Meizhou City, and Guanqiao Town in Maoming City were selected as experimental sites. Fruit phenotypic traits, economic traits, functional components, and fatty acid composition were determined, and comprehensive evaluation was conducted using the membership function method, deviation maximization method, and entropy weight method. The results showed that fruit quality of C. oleifera ‘Yuehua 1’ differed significantly among the three cultivation areas. Economic traits, including fruit size, fruit weight, seed rate, and oil content, showed better overall performance in Maba Town. Single fruit weight, dry seed weight, fresh seed rate, and fresh-fruit oil content were the highest in Maba Town, reaching 31.68 g, 9.40 g, 51.70%, and 9.19%, respectively. Huangbei Town had the lowest fresh-fruit oil content, but the highest total polyphenol and total flavonoid contents, at 44.21 mg/kg and 48.87 mg/kg, respectively. Meanwhile, its oleic acid and linolenic acid contents were relatively high, at 81.46% and 0.69%, respectively, while its saturated fatty acid content was the lowest, at 7.55%. Most economic traits in Guanqiao Town were at intermediate levels, with a fresh-fruit oil content of 6.04%; however, it had the lowest oleic acid content and the highest saturated fatty acid content, at 77.01% and 12.04%, respectively. The three comprehensive evaluation methods produced consistent rankings, with Maba Town ranking first, Huangbei Town second, and Guanqiao Town third. In summary, C. oleifera ‘Yuehua 1’ showed differences in fruit quality among the three cultivation areas in Guangdong Province. Maba Town showed better comprehensive economic traits and oil-producing performance, whereas Huangbei Town showed relatively better performance in functional components and some fatty acid composition indicators. These results provide a reference for the regionalized evaluation, promotion, application, and tea oil quality utilization of C. oleifera ‘Yuehua 1’ in Guangdong Province.
