日本落叶松杂交子代苗期生长及水氮利用效率分析
Analysis of Seedling Growth and Water and Nitrogen Use Efficiency in Larix kaempferi (Lamb.) Carr Hybrid Progeny

摘要: 以日本落叶松二代育种群体杂交子代为研究对象,通过测定苗木生长量、叶片δ13C、δ15N值和碳氮含量,分析不同杂交组合间生长、水分和氮素利用效率差异及相互关系,初步筛选生长快、水氮利用效率高的优良新种质。结果表明:2年生苗木的平均苗高和地径分别为100.7 cm和8.9 mm,叶片碳含量、氮含量、C/N值、δ13C值和δ15N值的平均值分别为46.06%、2.31%、20.17、3.67‰和-41.09‰;不同杂交组合在苗高、地径、叶片N含量、C/N及δ15N值上存在显著或极显著差异,而叶片C含量和δ13C值差异不显著;叶片N含量和δ15N值与δ13C值之间均呈一定程度的负相关,但未达到显著水平,叶片氮含量、δ13C值、δ15N值与2年生苗高、地径的相关关系也不显著;以2年生苗高、地径及δ15N值作为选择指标,采用隶属函数综合评分法进行排序,筛选出51-5-5 × 24 及26 × 33优良杂交组合,兼具较快的生长速度和较高的氮素利用效率。Abstract: Using the hybrid progeny of the second-cycle breeding population of Larix kaempferi(Lamb.)Carr as research subjects, this study measured seedling growth, leaf δ13C, δ15Nvalues, and carbon and nitrogen contents to analyze the differences and interrelationships in growth, water use efficiency, and nitrogen use efficiency among different hybrid combinations. The aim was to preliminarily screen elite new germplasms with fast growth and high water and nitrogen use efficiency, thereby providing material support for the high-quality development of forestry. The results showed that the average height and ground diameter of two-year-old seedlings were 100.7 cm and 8.9 mm, respectively. The mean values of leaf carbon content, nitrogen content, C/N ratio, δ13C value, and δ15N value were 46.06%, 2.31%, 20.17, 3.67‰, and -41.09‰, respectively. Significant or extremely significant differences were observed among different hybrid combinations in seedling height, ground diameter, leaf N content, C/N ratio, and δ15N value, while differences in leaf C content and δ13C value were not significant. Leaf N content and δ15N value showed weak negative correlations with δ13C value, but the correlations were not significant. The correlations of leaf N content, δ13C value, and δ15N value with two-year-old seedling height and ground diameter were also not significant. Using two-year-old seedling height, ground diameter, and δ15N value as selection indicators, a comprehensive membership function evaluation method was applied, and two superior hybrid combinations (51-5-5 × 24 and 26 × 33) were selected, , which possess both relatively fast growth and high nitrogen use efficiency.
