不同粒径聚丙烯微塑料对蚯蚓的生殖毒性效应
Reproductive toxic effects of polypropylene microplastics of different particle sizes on earthworms

摘要: 以蚯蚓为受试研究对象,开展不同粒径聚丙烯微塑料(PP-MPs)土壤暴露试验,探究不同粒径PP-MPs对蚯蚓的生殖毒性效应。结果表明:蚯蚓能够吸收蓄积土壤中不同粒径(50、250、500 µm)的PP-MPs,蓄积在蚯蚓体内的PP-MPs显著抑制蚯蚓精子密度、活力及精巢Ca2 + -ATPase、Mg2 + -ATPase、Na + -K + -ATPase的活性,并诱导精子畸形率显著升高,PP-MPs对蚯蚓的生殖毒性随暴露时间的延长而加重。相较于250、500 µm粒径处理组,蚯蚓对50 µm粒径PP-MPs的吸收蓄积能力更强,对应表现出更强的生殖毒性。Abstract: Using earthworms as test organisms, soil exposure experiments were conducted with polypropylene microplastics (PP-MPs) of different particle sizes to investigate the reproductive toxic effects of PP-MPs of different particle sizes on earthworms.The results indicate that earthworms can absorb and accumulate PP-MPs of different particle sizes (50, 250, 500 µm) accumulated in the soil, and the PP-MPs accumulated in earthworms significantly inhibited sperm density and activity, as well as the activity of Ca2 + -ATPase, Mg2 + -ATPase, and Na + -K + -ATPase in the testes, and induced a significant increase in the rate of sperm abnormalities. The reproductive toxicity of PP-MPs to earthworms increased with prolonged exposure.Compared to the 250 and 500 µm particle size treatment groups, earthworms exhibited a greater capacity to absorb and accumulate 50 µm PP-MPs, corresponding to stronger reproductive toxicity.
