不同油茶群落‘秋分籽’优树主要性状差异及综合评价
Main Character Differences and Comprehensive Evaluation of ‘Qiufenzi’ Superior Trees in Different Camellia oleifera Communities

摘要: 为比较不同群落早熟油茶性状差异并筛选综合性状优良的优树,以湖北麻城 4 个秋分籽油茶早熟群落的 43 株优树为材料,测定其单果重、籽粒数、出籽率、种仁含油率及脂肪酸组分等 16 个指标,采用方差分析、相关分析、主成分分析与聚类分析进行综合评价。结果表明:不同群落优树的经济性状与脂肪酸组分均存在显著或极显著差异,小界岭和两路口群落鲜果干籽率(20.62~21.16%)显著高于杜家河和仙羊岩群落;小界岭、两路口、仙羊岩群落种仁含油率(44.68~45.68%)显著高于杜家河群落;仙羊岩群落油酸含量(81.63%),显著高于小界岭、两路口和杜家河群落。KMO 与 Bartlett 检验满足主成分分析要求,提取 3 个主成分,累计方差贡献率 76.73%,分别对应脂肪酸、含油率、出籽率性状。综合评价得分排名前 10 的优树为:LK7>JL6>JL7>LK190>JL5>LK2>JL8>DJ190>JL2>JL3,主要集中于两路口与小界岭群落;聚类分析将 43 株优树划分为高不饱和脂肪酸型、高出籽率型、高含油型 3 类。Abstract: To compare the trait differences among early-maturing Camellia oleifera communities and screen superior trees with optimal comprehensive traits, 43 superior trees from four early-maturing communities of autumn equinox seed Camellia oleifera in Macheng, Hubei were selected as study materials. 16 indicators were measured, including single fruit weight, seed count, seed yield rate, seed kernel oil content, and fatty acid composition. Comprehensive evaluation was conducted using analysis of variance (ANOVA), correlation analysis, principal component analysis (PCA), and cluster analysis. The results demonstrated significant or highly significant differences in economic traits and fatty acid composition among superior trees from different communities: the dry seed rate of fresh fruits in Xiaojieling and Lianglukou communities (20.62–21.16%) was significantly higher than that in Dujiahe and Xianyangyan communities; the seed kernel oil content (44.68–45.68%) in Xiaojieling, Lianglukou, and Xianyangyan communities was significantly higher than that in Dujiahe community; and the oleic acid content (81.63%) in Xianyangyan community was significantly higher than in Xiaojieling, Lianglukou, and Dujiahe communities. KMO and Bartlett tests confirmed suitability for PCA, with three principal components accounting for 76.73% of total variance, corresponding to fatty acid profile, oil content, and seed yield rates, respectively. The top 10 superior trees by comprehensive evaluation scores were: LK7> JL6> JL7> LK190> JL5> LK2> JL8> DJ190> JL2> JL3, predominantly distributed in Lianglukou and Xiaojieling communities. Cluster analysis classified the 43 superior trees into three types: high-unsaturated fatty acid type, high-seed-yield type, and high-oil-content type. The selected batch of early-maturing camellia oleifera trees with superior comprehensive traits provides a theoretical foundation and material support for the breeding of early-flowering, early-maturing camellia varieties and germplasm innovation in northern production areas.
