低温胁迫下不同青檀种质资源抗寒性评价
Evaluation of Cold Resistance in Different Pteroceltis tatarinowii Germplasm Resources Under Low Temperature Stress

摘要: 为探究青檀响应低温胁迫生理特性及抗寒性,筛选抗寒能力强的青檀种质资源,以1年生青檀休眠枝条为试验材料,测定低温胁迫下与抗寒性相关的生理指标变化,并采用隶属函数法对抗寒性进行综合评价。结果表明:低温胁迫处理下,青檀枝条的相对电导率随温度的下降逐渐升高,其上升速度呈现“缓慢—快速—减缓”的变化,为明显的“S”型曲线模型。伴随着胁迫温度降低,湖北种源青檀丙二醛含量呈逐渐上升趋势,其他种源青檀丙二醛含量呈先上升后下降的变化趋势;可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白、脯氨酸、超氧化物歧化酶、过氧化物酶、过氧化氢酶均呈现出先升高后降低的趋势。根据隶属函数综合分析结果得出不同种源青檀抗寒能力由强到弱排序为:陕西>江苏>山东>湖南>湖北>广西。Abstract: To explore the physiological characteristics and cold resistance of Pteroceltis tatarinowii in response to low-temperature stress, and screen germplasm resources of Pteroceltis tatarinowii with strong cold resistance, one-year-old dormant branches of Pteroceltis tatarinowii were used as experimental materials. The changes of physiological indices related to cold resistance under low-temperature stress were determined, and the subordinate function method was adopted to conduct a comprehensive evaluation of cold resistance.The results showed that: under low-temperature stress treatment, the relative electrical conductivity (REC) of Pteroceltis tatarinowii branches gradually increased with the decrease of temperature, and the rising rate showed a "slow-fast-slow" change, presenting an obvious "S"-shaped curve model. With the decrease of stress temperature, the malondialdehyde (MDA) content of Pteroceltis tatarinowii from Hubei showed a gradual upward trend, while the MDA content of Pteroceltis tatarinowii from other regions first increased and then decreased; the contents of soluble sugar, soluble protein, proline, as well as the activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD), peroxidase (POD) and catalase (CAT) all showed a trend of first increasing and then decreasing.Based on the comprehensive analysis results of the subordinate function, the order of cold resistance from strong to weak was as follows: Shaanxi > Jiangsu > Shandong > Hunan > Hubei > Guangxi.
