Abstract
This article introduces the nutritive components of wild citron (Citrus limonia Osbeck) and illustrates a way to extract citron oil which can be used for making cssence form citron leaf and pericarp, to process its pulp into citron preserves and can, and to make beverage from its juice. This research for the multi-purpose processing and utilization of wild citron offers a new way to develop the economy of mountain areas.
