  • 34 components in the essential oil from the peel of citrus medica L var ethrog Engl. were analysed with GLC-MS, their contents were measured and compared with the essential oil from the leaves. Relevantly, the method to abstract essential oil from the peel. has been introduced and suggestions for processing and utilizing, the oil from its peel as a perfume have been given in this paper.
