A PRELIMINARY STUDY ON THE BOX SNOUT MOUTH'S LARVA
This paper reports the larva of a snout moth Diaphania perspectalis(Walker) which becomes increasingly destructive to the littleleave box Buxus microphylla Sieb.in Zigong district.The life history and habits of the pest,the results of chemical control test and methods for the integrated mangement of the pest are discussed and suggested in this paper.
