A STUDY ON THE FINISHING TECHNOLOGY OF BAMBOO-WOVEN PLYWOOD

According to the requirements for surface quality of woodbased panels,this paper, by means of serial pre-experiments and orthogonal experiments,deals with the surface leveling treatment,the overlaying with single MF-macerated decorative paper for the rough bamboo-woven plywood in the choice of the filling materials,the processing route,the optimization of main technical parameters and etc.The results from both the laboratory and workshop show that the quality of this finished overlaid bamboo-woven plywood corresponds to that of overlaid wood-based plywood.All this provides the manufacturers in our country with a practical and feasible:way to raise the grade and to broaden the market of bamboo-woven plywood.
