  • The results of this study show that the geographic variation of provenance growth of Pinus armandii tends to be the latitudinal decline.In a sub-popu- lation, the stand genetic effect is larger than the family effect which is larger than the individual effect.The annual growth cycle appears to be an s-shaped one.The effect of tree height growth among the provenances is different, and the correlation of character inheritance is close.
