  • Xishuangbanna is one of the regions that are rich in tree resources in China.On the basis of plantation on small scale and wood propery experiment on annual mean height increments,annual averege diameter increments,wood weight by colume,compressive strength,flexural strength,toughness and cross section hardness,23 species of valuable cabinet timbers in Xishuangbanna,are selected in plantation as target for grey situation decision by application of grey clustering method.The results show that Arogeissus accuminata,Cassia siamea,Anthocephalus chinensis and Paramichelia baillonii should be placeed in the first position for plantation in Xishuangbanna.
