  • The yellowing disease of Mango tree,which is new to China,is described in this paper.The disease is caused by Monostichella indica R.B.Somani.in summer and autumn.It is widespread in the South and Northwest of Yunnan,and the Southwest of Sichuan.According to the past reports from India(1975),the host is Ficus bengalense.The effective strategy of control is to prune away the diseased branches and apply fungicides.
