Based on the statistics and analyses of a large quantity of historical dataabout forest fire in Chuxiong,this paper has established and inspected the mathematicalmodel of forest fire distribution. Both the prime forest fire periods and crucial alarm peri-ods have been determined in accordance with the established mathematical model.The es-tablishment of the mathematical model of forest fire distribution is of great significance toforest fire prevention.
