Research on retakding the deterioration of pinus armandi seeds

This paper introduces the chemosterilization of Pinus armandi seeds with TBZ chemical,which has been tested as effectively operational for retarding the deteriora-tion of the seeds when sufficient ventilation is ensured under the conditions that the watercontent is 14%~19%and temperature from 6~26℃. The method is potential for thestorage of Pinus armandi seeds as raw material for food processing and of the seeds of othertree species.
