  • Numerous adventitious buds and calli were induced from cotyledons by culturing mature embryos of Pinus sfuamata on Ms medium supplemented with BA and NAA.The results showed that medium of Ms+BA 3×10-6 +NAA0.05×10-6 was valid for inducing adventitious buds, and the calli could be brought out from cotyledons cultured on Ms medium supplemented with BA 1~3mg/L and NAA 0.05~0.5mg/L.The radicles and the lower part of the plumular axis perished gradually.
