A LIQUID-CULTURING STUDY ON SARCODON IMBRICATUS (L.EX FR.) KARST

Abstract

In this paper it was shown that the hyphae of Sarcodon imbricatus grew well on PD & YM liqid culture mediums.When the hyphae were cultured for 5 days and were shaked with 140ml culture in 500ml flasks at rate of 100 turns/min, acquisitive rate of the hyphae was the highest, up to 0.6%~0.7%.
