By analyzing the content of Taxol, Baccatin Ⅲ, 10-deacethy baccatin Ⅲ, and cephalo-mannine from the leaves, barks and xylems of both Taxus and Podocurpus spp. by HPLC, the paper showed the result that provided sicentific basis for developing the plant resources.
