Abstract
The raw polysaccharose, colored brown, can be obtained from the fruiting body of Sarcodon imbricatus(L. ex Fr.) Karst. by using hot water digestion and alcohol sediment. The anticancer (S180 and MPC) tests of polysaccharose have been done on small white mice of Kunming species. The experimental results have shown that the raw polysaccharose can restrain S180 obviously. At the dosage group of 50mg/kg, the restrain rates can be 45%. The restrain effect is not directly proportional to dosage. The anticancer effect of polysaccharose for MPC is not clear.
