A Preliminary Study on Tissue Culture of Schleihera trijuga

Schleihera trijuga is an excellent host to Kerria lacca Kerr.But its reproduction is difficult.The results of the study in its tissue culture show that its material of purplish red leaf is easier to become brown than that of green leaf while the green leaf grows older, its material is easier to be contaminated;the rate of contaminated material decreases while sterilizing the material with 400μg/g Penicillin G, and the longer the material of Yuanjiang is cultured in Kunming, the lower the rate is.
