A Study on Residents' Demand on Greenland in Residential Quarters

Because of the replacement of times and the renewal of people's conception,people's residential idea has been changed from "residential type" to "comfortable type".Outdoor afforestation of residential district has been an important aspect that the residents think over when they select their own residence.Therefore,how the afforestation in residential district satisfies people's demand is a practical and urgent problem.This paper studied four residential districts in Harbin by means of site survey with the method of questionnaire survey and inquirement survey to residents,exploited residents' orientation of demand on green surface,pointed out several problems closely related to residents' demand in the construction of green surface in residential districts and put forward the thoughts and methods to solve the problems.
