  • By taking the young stem sections of 4 year-old Acacia auriculiformis as explants,the effect of different media on plantlets,and its induction and multiplication were studied.The results showed that the most suitable induction and multiplication culture medium were the improved MS+6 BA 0.8 mg/L+NAA 0.2 mg/L,the multiplication rate reached 3 times,the rooting induction culture medium was the improved MS+IBA 0.2~0.4 mg/L+NAA 0.4 mg/L,the rooting rate reached 90% and the test-tube plant transplanting survival rate reaches 80.
