A Study on Tissue Culture of Cladrastis yunchunii

Full plants of Cladrastis yunchunii are obtained by tissue culture through inducement of callus as well as culture of adventitious buds and roots.It is the best combination during this tissue culture of Cladrastis yunchunii that selecting new stem segments as explants,MS+6-BA 1.50 mg/L+NAA 0.20 mg/L+3% sucrose as culture medium for culturing callus and adventitious buds,White+IBA 1.00 mg/L+1.5% sucrose as culture medium for inducing root tips,1/2 MS+IBA 1.00 mg/L+1.5% sucrose as culture medium for culturing roots.
