  • Pssodes punctatus is a kind of severe pest to forests of Pinus armandii, control of Pssodes punctatus is one of the key problems to be solved in forest pest management in Yunnan Province.An important measure to control Pssodes punctatus is to kill the insects inside the infected lumber before rational utilization of the wood to prevent the pests from spreading.A fumigation experiment with phostoxin was carried out in Yiliang County to search for an effective way of killing Pssodes punctatus pests.
