  • This paper described the flower morphological characteristics of Acer trialatum, and made a comparison with Acer buergerianum and other relative species in the genus of Acer.It is shown that there are evident differences in flower morphology between Acer trialatum and other species.The stigma of Acer trialatum is divided into 3 parts and its ovary has 3 loculi, whereas the stigma of other species in genus Acer is divided into 2 parts and their ovaries have 2 loculi.
