Influence of Root Drenched Solution of Populus/Robinia pseudoacacia on Rhizosphere Nutrient Status of Robinia pseudoacacia/Populus

  • The influence of the root drenched solution of Populus/Robinia pseudoacacia tree species on properties of rhizosphere nutrient transportation of Robinia pseudoacacia/Populus tree species was analyzed by means of root study container technique.The results showed that the concentration level of NO3--N and NH4+-N in the rhizosphere of Populus tree species increased by watering the Populus root system with root-drenched solution of black locust tree species and the N nutrient deficit in the rhizosphere scale of poplars was somewhat reduced.Whereas, the P nutrient(especially available inorganic P) level in the rhizosphere of black locust plants was improved a little by watering the plants with root drenched solution of Populus plants, which was good to reduce P deficit for black locust trees, though the effect was not significant.
