Forestation Experiment on Acacia crasscarp Seedlings Inoculated with Nodule Bacteria

  • A random block forestation experiment was carried out for Acacia crassccarp seedlings inoculated with nodule bacteria designed with six treatments and three repetitions in order to understand the effect of nodule bacteria upon forestation quality, and to screen out the nodule bacteria strains with superior characters applicable to forestation. The results showed that the inoculated nodule bacteria could enhance the growth of height and basal diameter of young Acacia crassccarp trees and increase chlorophyll contents in the leaves because of the biological nitrogen fixation.Among a number of tested nodule bacteria strains, ZG04 was picked out as superior strain.
