Strengthening Quality Supervision of Forestry Projects in the Stalemating Stage

  • Based on the "stage" theory of forestry development in China, it was put forward the ideas about how to conduct quality supervision on forestation projects, starting from three aspects, i.e., system building, criteria establishing and supervision controlling. It was proposed that the implementation of "quality centered" principle could be ensured by catching hold of one key factor, i.e., gripping the forestation fund, and by establishing three systems, i.e., setting up personnel, criteria and management systems.Quality supervision and inspection of forestation projects must be strictly carried out in the stalemating stage of harnessing and damaging forest resources according to the standardization and requirement of quality supervision.
