  • As an important component of biodiversity, genetic diversity is the basis of ecosystem diversity and species diversity. Methodology of genetic diversity research has been developed from morphology, cytology, physiology and biochemistry to molecular levels, and the related researches have undergone further deeply. The formation of genetic variation and different test methods of genetic diversity were discussed in this paper.
