Rooting Effect of Three Substrates on Cuttage of Eucalyptus urophylla

  • A cuttage experiment of the clone No. 6 of Eucalyptus urophylla was carried out with 3 types of substrates, i.e., sand, fresh laterite and surface soil in Yuanjiang County, Yunnan Province. The results showed that sand and fresh laterite were appropriate substrates for the cottage of the clone No. 6 of Eucalyptus urophylla, and the survival rate of the transplanted plantlets reached over 90% after rational hardening.
