  • The research progresses on the cold hardiness physiology of Eucalyptus spp. and the related molecular mechanism undergone in China were summarized. The correlations among the cold hardiness genes and the characteristics of cell membrane system, protective enzyme system and photosynthesis were elaborated. In addition, some problems worth deep discussing in the cold hardiness research field of Eucalyptus spp. were pointed out in the paper.
