Studies on Chemical Substances from Electrolyte Leakage of Eupatorium adenophorum Induced by Pathotoxins from Botrytis cinerea——Content Change of Soluble Protein and Soluble Sugar

  • The effects of toxin produced by metabolism of Botrytis cinerea on permeability of the cell membrane, content change of soluble protein and soluble sugar were studied by taking the fresh leaves in vitro of Eupatorium adenophorum as the experimental material, and partial components of the electrolyte leakage induced by the toxin were analyzed. The results showed that the toxin could increase the permeability of cell membrane, reduce the content of soluble protein of Eupatorium adenophorum. The content of soluble sugar increased at the earlier stage and then decreased later. It was showed by the determination that the electrolyte leakage contained soluble protein and soluble sugar.
