Modeling and Simulation of Diesel Engine Injector based on Matlab/Simulink Theories

  • Injector is the most important part of diesel engine fuel systems. The working condition of the diesel engine, fuel consumption and emission properties of the engine are greatly determined by the working characteristics of the injector.The dynamic model of injector needle and hydrokinetics model of the fuel inside the injector were established in this paper. Simulation calculation was carried out according to Matlab/Simulink theories and it was showed that the results of simulation well coincided with the curve obtained from the example studies.
