Culture Building Through Landscape Design of Boyuan Garden in Yunnan Finance and Economics University

Based on analyzing the comprehensive conditions, the design idea for "Boyuan Garden" on the campus of Yunnan Finance and Economics University was set as "erudition, thinking of the origin", which was embodied by combining the landscape design with history and culture of the campus. The garden was divided into 4 functional sections, i.e., the entrance section, the Huitong square, the brook section for thinking of the origin and the recreational section with ancient coin culture. The campus culture was melted into the concrete design so that the unique humanity environment and the spiritual atmosphere for the specific university were built. The methods for landscape design and the cultural building were discussed in details.
