Abstract
It was found out that the basal diameter of the yearly seedlings of Taxodium distichum was linearly correlated to the height, while the seedling height was power correlated in quadratic parabola interrelationship to the ratio of height to the main root biomass. The correlation coefficients simulated by above models almost reached to extremely significant level. It was observed that the roots of the seedlings grew faster than the stems at the earlier growing phase. Among the environmental factors, the growth of the yearly seedlings of T. distichum was mainly influenced by temperature.
