Ecological Effect of Information Economy on Western Ecological Restoration

With an introduction to actual situations of resource exhaustion and ecological deterioration in the development course of industrial economy,this paper gives an explanation on connotation and characteristics of information economy.Then it makes analyses of the ecological effect resulted from information economy development on different aspects: changing of investment configuration along with development of basic resources and information industry development;impact of information economy on changing of increasing way of traditional industries;and improving quality of people and promoting view establishment of ecology-centered civilization in the process of information economy development.As well,it proposes some suggestions for enhancing ecological construction in the western region by utilizing information economy.
