  • Taking Heqing County as an example,using combined quantitative and qualitative method,survey data and related statistical data were analyzed.An assessment was conducted on the benefits of the program,in terms of three aspects including ecological,social and economic benefits.Several strategies were proposed for sustainable development of the program for the problems existing in the implementation process of the program.
