Study on Ecological Compensation Mechanism of Mineral Resources Utilization in Yunnan Province

This article discussed the composition and shortcomings of present tax system related to mineral resource exploration in Yunnan Province,studied the contradiction and disadvantages regarding to interest distribution along with mineral resource utilization.It put forward suggestions and countermeasures to set up and improve the ecological compensation mechanism for mineral resources industry development in Yunnan Province.
